Description:  One, clean, approved, U.S. or foreign flag, double-hull tanker, with an inert gas system and segregated ballast tanks that is capable of carrying a minimum of 235,000 bbls of clean product (intentions JP5) within vessel’s natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double-valve isolation.    
  17. Place of Contract Performance:  The intended loading port/place is St. Theodore, Greece (MOH Terminal); and the intended discharging ports/places are Guam, USA and Yokose, Japan.  The laydays commence 16 February and cancel 18 February 2023, and the period of performance will be one voyage.
  18. Set-aside Status:  N/A.  The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent, sources sought notice for this service.  All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.  The Small Business Administration Procurement Center Representative has concurred with this decision.
