Description

This is a solicitation is for the purchase of New Glocks prepared in accordance with the Administrative Offices of the U.S. Courts Judiciary Guide, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. All responses shall be submitted via email to  AJ_Lee@ao.uscourts.gov.  Any other type of submission of responses shall not be accepted. Responsible sources shall follow the instructions in the attached RFP/RFQ in order to be considered.  Responses to this solicitation are due by no later than August 24, 2023 at 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. This requirement is unrestricted and not set aside for small business.  The Judiciary is not subject to FAR part 19.
