Description
This action is being processed in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. The solicitation number is 140D0424Q0534. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation will result in the award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order. The Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD) of the Department of the Interior (DOI), on behalf of the Office of Insular Affairs (OIA), is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for the purpose of entering into a purchase order after receipt and evaluation of quotes.
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-04.
The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 721110 - Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels. The small business size standard is $40,000,000. This acquisition is full and open competition. This requirement is for conference venue location rental, including but not limited to audiovisual equipment, and light refreshments, as described in the Statement of Work (SOW).
Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning this combined synopsis/solicitation by May 20, 2024, 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) to enable the buyer time to respond. Any questions shall be submitted via the email addresses provided below and can be submitted before the deadline. Any questions submitted after this deadline may not be considered.
Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with their quotes. The offeror shall complete only paragraphs (b) of this provision if the Offeror has completed the annual representations and certifications electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) website accessed through www.sam.gov . If the offeror has not completed the annual representation and certifications electronically, the offeror shall complete paragraphs (c) through (p) of this provision, which is included in this solicitation.
QUOTES IN RESPONSE TO THIS SOLICITATION ARE DUE NO LATER THAN MAY 28, 2024 5:00 PM EDT. The quote responses shall be submitted via email to juan_rendon@ibc.doi.gov.
All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the Agency.
