Description
PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a sole-source, hybrid purchase order consisting of Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) and Time and Materials (T&M) contract line-item numbers (CLINs) to Clark Facilities Solution, LLC., for full system operations and maintenance (O&M) services of the Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS).
The services required to provide full system O&M for the ASRS consists of work to be conducted at FBI facilities in Winchester, VA.
Based on Market Research, it has been determined that Clark Facilities Solution, LLC is the only company that can provide the requirement. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B) entitled, “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.”. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention to Contract Specialist, Emma Baker, via email at eabaker@fbi.gov by Wednesday, May 29, 2024 at 12:00pm Central Daylight Time (CDT). Only timely email responses will be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses received in response to this notice is at the discretion of the Government.
