This synopsis/solicitation is being issued as a small business set-aside Request For Quotation. Northern America Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 238210, IT and Telecom Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. The size standard is $19M.
The 21st Communication Squadron seeks a Contractor to upgrade the OSP fiber optic cables on Cheyenne Mountain SFS. The contract type for this procurement will be a firm-fixed price contract.
Requirements: Attached specifications may not be all inclusive.
Evaluations Factors: Award will be made based Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
All firms or individuals responding must meet all standards required to conduct business with the Government, including registration with SAM and WAWF, and be in good standing. All qualified responses will be considered by the Government. Quotes must include CAGE/UEI number, Federal Tax Number and company's point of contact information.
A site visit is planned for 5June 2024 at 8:00AM (MDT)
The contractor shall field verify all the given information and confirm all quantities, measurements, and data prior to biding the project. Any discrepancies are the responsibility of the vendor. All vendors interested in submitting a quote should have representation in attendance.
Questions are due in writing on 10 June 2024 at 10 a.m. (MDT) Please email all questions to tiffany.harley.2@spaceforce.mill and stephen.carr.12@spaceforce.mil by the deadline. Ensure there is sufficient time to do any research to answer question prior to the closing of this posting.
Please provide your (bid) submission no later than 17 June 2024 at 10:00 AM (MDT). All submissions should be sent via email to: tiffany.harley.2@spaceforce.mil and stephen.car.12@spaceforce.mil. Responses received after the stated deadline will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for award.

Place of Contract Performance is the same as location of site visit.
