Description
This acquisition will be restricted, an invitation for Bid, and will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract Award. Description/Scope: Construct an Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) Family of Systems Hangar Complex. Includes 6 bays, a 22K SF admin, and a 35K SF electronic maintenance, age and supply facility approximately 170,000 GSF. This project will comply with DoD antiterrorism/force protection requirements per unified facilities criteria. Exterior working includes all necessary exterior utilities, access pavements, fire protection, site work, and support. Special Construction Requirements: Standby power generators; UPS; roll-up doors; utility lines/communication infrastructure. This facility will be turnkey and includes purchase and installation of FFE. DRAWINGS AND SPECS WILL BE RESTRICTED ACCESS FOR THIS SOLICITATION.
