Description
The purpose of this amendment is to respond to questions as follows:
Amendment 0001
Question 1:
Is it a requirement that the solution be on a contract vehicle?
Response 1:
Currently, there is no requirement for this effort to be on a contract vehicle. This RFI is for market research purposes only and will help to determine our acquisition strategy. All interested vendors are encouraged to respond to this RFI.
Question 2:
The response instructions section, p.4 of the RFI asks for a narrative describing how the product can currently support the process described in the background and technical specifications. Should this also include an explanation for how the tool delivers any key specifications or can this be shared via the spreadsheets “comments, clarifications, and explanations” column?
Response 2:
The comments, clarifications, and explanations column serves to clarify any nuances to the desired technical specification. Otherwise, how the tool delivers any key explanations can be received in the narrative. There was no intent to duplicate any responses or explanations of capabilities.
Question 3
Please confirm due date for questions and responses.
Response 3
Questions are due no later than Monday, June 27 at 3:00 PM Eastern.
Responses are due no later than Friday, 1 July at 3:00 PM Eastern.
Question 4
Are there other attachments not listed on the site–only two links are working.
Response 4
There are only two documents, including the RFI and spreadsheet. Any links not working indicate they have been removed and no longer relevant.
All other terms and conditions remain the same.
