SAIL RIGGING INSPECTION TRAINING COURSE

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Service and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures to provide Fiber Reinforced Plastic and Wooden Boat Inspection training support services. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-02. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Government intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price contract consisting of one (1) 12-month(s) base period and four (4) 12-month(s) option period. 

1. SERVICES REQUIRED: 

The U.S. Coast Guard requests quotes for contractor training support services on a Firm Fixed Price basis in accordance with Attachment (1) - Performance Work Statement. (PWS). Training shall be performed at the contractor’s facility.

2. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

The contractor shall provide training and related support services required to conduct two (2) one-week Sail Rigging Inspection Courses for up to twenty (20) students per class in accordance with the requirements described in Attachment (1) - Performance Work Statement (PWS). Offerors will be evaluated based on Technical Capability, Past Performance and Price in accordance with this solicitation. 

3. RFQ DUE DATE:

Written response to this RFQ shall be submitted no later than 1200, Eastern Standard Time on 15 June 2023.

Offer(s) shall include the solicitation number on all pages.  Quote(s) shall be valid for 90 days.
