Description

The US Embassy Dar es Salaam wishes to solicit your technical proposal and proforma cost estimate on the supply and installation of roof cover (corrugated iron sheets) as per scope of work (SOW). U.S. Government intends to award a contract to a reputable and responsible company submitting a quote which is technically acceptable and at the lowest price.

A site visit will be held on September 17, 2024. at 04:00 p.m. at the CDC Office. Interested contractors should submit no more than two names of attendees to the address DarProcurementbid@state.gov with subject line Request for site visit PR12790304 – CDC – Building Roof Repairs not later than September 16, 2024. at 03:00 p.m. East africa Time.

Quotations are due by September 25, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. East Africa Time. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.

Your quotation must be submitted electronically to DarProcurementbid@state.gov

It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word 2007/2010 or MS-Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 30MB. If the file size should exceed the 30MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 30MB each.

In order for a quotation to be considered, you must submit the following:

  1. Package one : Technical proposal
  2. Package two: Cost proposal
  3. Proof of DBA Insurance quote estimate

Proof of SAM Registration or a copy of the entity validation ticket (with ticket number and date) the offeror submitted as proof of its initiation or attempt to start the SAM registration process.

Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102 or have provided proof of the process initiation/registration attempt.
