The work consists of providing all labor, materials and equipment as required to remove and dispose existing, and furnish/ install 2 sets of double doors located at NED BLDG on USCG Base Portsmouth, 4000 Coast Guard Blvd., Portsmouth, VA 23703.

NED Building Mezzanine- Demo and dispose of existing doors, furnish and install 1 pair of double doors 35.5 x 35.3.4 taper right hand active 83 1.8 tall new 5 in hinges 2 lcn hold open

closers panic saddle threshold sweeps hinges and von duprin rim panic bar with

thumb pull trim with 7 pin small format ic core less cylinder

7 3.16, 39, 71 new hinges flush bolt bolts inactive new weather seal 6070 re use

existing frame Astragal inactive

NED Mechanical Room - Demo existing and dispose of, furnish and install the following

6 3.4 frame 76 x 86 welded left hand out active best lock - less core- lcn hold open

closer weather seal flush bolts to block. Cut out lower frame from louver and install

flashing over new frame Astragal 1 threshold and 2 door sweeps

SITE VISIT:  All bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the site to field verify any/all quantities before submitting bids. Interested parties shall make arrangements for a site visit with Hayden Heyer,  Gary.h.heyer@uscg.mil                                                       

All site visits are to be prearranged a minimum of (3) days in advance. To arrange a site visit, the following information is to be provided: Full name, date of birth, and last 4 of SSN.

All bidders must include signed (attached) SF-18, Quote and a (1) copy of Liability insurance and (1) copy of Business and/or Business Contractor's license with their package
