Description
The US Government is seeking to award a contract with a base year and two (2) one-year option periods, exercisable at the sole discretion of the US Government. The US Government may ultimately choose to award only a Base Year, or a Base Year with one Option Year at its discretion; however, all Offerors must provide pricing for a Base Year and two Option Years.
In line with the UK’s 21st Century Network (21CN) migration, US Embassy London requests a quote to replace telephone service from Copper ISDN30 & Copper IDD/PSTN voice services to full fiber delivery with a redundant path for survivability to 33 Nine Elms Lane. Service will require reprovisioning of trunking to encompass our already subscribed 2400 DDI / IDD numbers via separate, dual PSU Session Border Controller (SBC) devices – to be provided by vendor and or purchased. SIP Trunks to be provided/ tailed from the C/O (Local Exchange) directly; the SBCs need to convert the SIP trunk to E1 connections.
U.S. Government Contractors receiving an award valued at $30,000 USD or greater must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.The website compiles standard information such as company legal name, street address, contact information, and the kinds of goods and services offered. There is no cost involved, neither in obtaining the NCAGE code nor to register in SAM. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
