This IS NOT a request for bids, quotes, or proposal. This is a sources sought announcement only. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified sources. No award may be issued from this Request for Information Notice.

Interested parties of any size may submit a response to this notice.

NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS EXIST AT THIS TIME.

The Directorate for STEM Education (EDU), Tribal Colleges and Universities Program (TCUP) supports STEM instructional and research capacity building in federally recognized tribal colleges and universities, and in a subset of Alaska Native- and Native Hawaiian-serving IHEs.  In recent years, TCUP has begun to provide support for eligible institutions to capitalize on their STEM capacity to provide STEM and STEM education support to their local communities.

operational and technical support to conduct a study that focuses primarily on the growth in STEM academic and degree programs (number and academic level) that were supported by TCUP, the unanticipated outcomes due to that growth and expansion (investment?), including on the growth of number, credentials, and diversity of STEM faculty in STEM programs of study due to TCUP support.
