V231 - Request for Information - Navy Reserve Lodging for Navy Reserve Forces Command (RESFOR)

This Request for Information (RFI) notice is issued by the Department of the Navy, Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN) Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office to all vendors. RESFOR is contemplating soliciting proposals for lodging required to support Inactive Duty Training (IDT) events and other training as required, which would cover over 100 locations. The Government is contemplating these solicitations will result in Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This announcement constitutes a Request for Information (RFI) for the purpose of determining a potential solicitation release. It does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP), a Request for Quote (RFQ) or an indication that the Government will contract for any of the items and/or services discussed in this notice. Any formal solicitation that may subsequently be issued will be announced separately. Information on the specific topics of interest is provided in the following sections of this announcement. NAVSUP is not responsible for any cost incurred by responders in furnishing this information. NAVSUP is conducting market research in accordance with FAR Part 10 to assess interested parties and determine whether this approach will RESFOR’s objectives. In providing capabilities for the above, please address the following: 1. Interest in providing a quote for this effort 2. Experience in providing services relevant to the below Statement of Work 3. Risks associated with the Statement of Work, as written 4. Recommended additions 5. Estimation by the firm of the pricing to meet the requirement described 6. Any questions or concerns that need to be addressed to enable proposals Responses Interested firms who believe they are capable of providing the services in the below Statement of Work are invited to indicate their interest by providing a response. Responses are requested no later than 10 February 2023 at 1200 EST. Responses shall be submitted via e-mail only to danielle.r.udinson.civ@us.navy.mil. The subject line of the email should read: RESFOR Lodging - Request for Information - (Contractor Name) Response. Proprietary information, if any, must be clearly marked. To aid the Government in its review and evaluation, please segregate proprietary information. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. It should be noted that telephone replies will not be accepted. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. Any organization responding to this notice should ensure that its response is complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the organization’s qualifications to perform the work. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Respondents will not be notified of the results of this notice. The information obtained from submitted responses may be used in development of an acquisition strategy and a future solicitation. Submissions will not be returned.
