RAVE Servers

The Army Contracting Command Detroit Arsenal intends to negotiate on a single source basis with RAVE Computer Association, Inc., the sole proprietor of the RAVE server, at 7171 Sterling Ponds Court, Sterling Heights, MI 48312. The following supplies will be installed at the United States Army Combat Capabilities Development Command, Ground Vehicle System Center, 6501 E. 11 Mile Road, Warren, MI 48397-5000:

This notice of intent is not a competitive Request for Quotation (RFQ). No solicitation package will be publicly issued. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the agency. However, a determination by the Government whether to compete the proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
