Description

This is a Sources Sought Synopsis and Request for Information (RFI) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.215-3 --Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes (Oct 1997). The purpose of this Sources Sought Synopsis is to perform market research, and to determine offeror interest and capability in providing the IP based electrical controller latest firmware via patching and revised headend graphics for the U.S. Air Force high tension shop on Ramstein Airbase Germany.
