THIS IS A PRESOLICIATION NOTICE A REQUEST FOR QUOTE POSTED ON OR ABOUT August 5th, 2022. Parking Lot Security Lighting Repair - Waco 36C25722Q0923 The contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment needed for the service to refinish the walls and floor tile for (Rooms 2C106 and 2C107), in Building 7. Work performed will be done at the Central Texas Veterans Health Care Facility in Waco, at 4800 Memorial Drive, Waco, Texas 76711, at Building 7. After all work is completed, the contractor will have a walkthrough with the VA COR or Alternative COR to ensure all work is completed and ready to receive payment. Project Requirements Wall and Floor Remove existing finish on floor and wall tiles in rooms 2C106 and 2C107 and repair tiles for floors and walls. Some walls will need to be repaired, cracks filled, holes patched, regrouted, and tile grout sealed before applying the new refinish on the walls. The floor tile will need to be repaired, cracks filled, holes patched, re-grouted in multiple areas, and tile grout sealed before applying the new refinish on the floor tile as well. Approximately 96 SF of wall tile and shower stalls to be refinished in a birch bark with a satin finish. Approximately 53 SF of floor tile needs to be refinished in a summit gray with a satin finish. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238330 with a small business size standard of $16.5 M. The magnitude of this project is less than $25,000. This project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, as stated below. The POC for this project will be Dustin Bartholomew.
