Description
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) is soliciting quotes for professional services in support of the occupational health program at the National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility (NBAF) in Manhattan, KS. Services involve on-site occupational medical examinations by a mid-level provider (20 hours per week), after hours mid-level provider telephonic consultation, Competent Medical Authority (CMA)/Physician consultation services, and offsite radiological tests.
The appropriate NAICS code for this requirement is 621111 with a small business size standard of $14.0M. This solicitation is Unrestrictive. The Government contemplates a commercial firm-fixed-price indefinite delivery indefinite delivery (IDIQ) type contract with a base and four option years.
