Description

The government has a requirement for Rain Gear; Manufactor: UFJ Cold Comfort Rain Gear; APECS Parka OCP's and APECS Trousers OCP's.

This requirement is Brand Name or Equal. See FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal (Aug 1999) for more information.
