Description

Title: Federal Occupational Health (FOH) Clinical National Capital Region (NCR) Occupational Health Support Services

Set-aside status: Small Business

This requirement is to procure a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide occupational health professionals to support the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Program Support Center (PSC), Federal Occupational Health (FOH).

12/01/2021 Revision: GAO Protest, Proposals Due Date

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has received written notice from U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) that a protest has been filed against this solicitation. Therefore, the solicitation proposal due date has been extended to March 4, 2022. 

Upon resolution of the GAO protest, the proposal due date may be extended or shortened provided that the Government gives a preliminary notice of its intent at least 14 days before the proposal due date. This preliminary notice will be posted on Beta.Sam.Gov.

12/22/2021 Revision: GAO Protest Update

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has elected to take Voluntary Corrective Action in response to a pre-award protest. While the Government completes its reassessment of the terms of the solicitation, the submission deadline is suspended, and proposals will not be accepted. The Government will provide a preliminary notice a least 14 days in advance of the resumption, and/or modification to the submission deadline, along with any amended solicitation documents, or a statement that the Government will not be amending the solicitation.
