Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:
State: Virginia
City: Harrisonburg and surrounding area within delineated area
Delineated Area: See attached map and description
Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 29,000 warehouse/330 office
Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 32,500 warehouse/600 office
Space Type: Warehouse and office
Parking Spaces (Total): Must meet local code
Parking Spaces (Reserved): 1
Full Term: 10 years
Firm Term: 5 years
Additional Requirements:
- 15’ minimum clearance from finished floor to lowest obstruction for ceiling height
- minimum of two (2) loading docks dedicated for agency use
- must be able to accommodate trailers 53’ long
- site must allow for clear turn radius for 53’ trailers
- minimum of one (1) drive-in bay/door
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).).
