Description

U.S. GOVERNMENT

General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

State: Virginia

City: Harrisonburg and surrounding area within delineated area

Delineated Area: See attached map and description

Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 29,000 warehouse/330 office

Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 32,500 warehouse/600 office

Space Type: Warehouse and office

Parking Spaces (Total): Must meet local code

Parking Spaces (Reserved): 1

Full Term: 10 years

Firm Term: 5 years

Additional Requirements: 

  • 15’ minimum clearance from finished floor to lowest obstruction for ceiling height
  • minimum of two (2) loading docks dedicated for agency use
    • must be able to accommodate trailers 53’ long
    • site must allow for clear turn radius for 53’ trailers
  • minimum of one (1) drive-in bay/door

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
