Description

Amendment 004: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the closing date of the RFQ until 15 March 2023. The JCP requirement for documents has also been removed.

Amendment 003: The purpose of this amendment is to correct a gramatical error in the RFQ attachment.

Amendment 002: The purpose of this amendment is to release Request for Quote N66604-23-Q-0182. Closing date has been updated to 24 February 2023 at 1400 EST.

Amendment 001: This amendment is to clarify that the Request for Quote N66604-23-Q-0182 will be released at a later date and all attachments will be provided upon release.

This is a synopsis for noncommercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular.

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT), Code 15, has been tasked to deliver single crystal plates to support the Research and Development for transduction materials.

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a lowest price, technically acceptable basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 339999. The applicable size standard is 750 employees.

The Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) structure is identified below.

CLIN 0001: Quantity of two hundred (200) single crystal plates in accordance with drawing #SLCL32-001 and the attached minimum specifications sheet.

CLIN 0002: Data in accordance with the associated CDRL.

CLIN 0003: Shipping for FOB Destination to Newport, RI

This requirement is full and open competition, as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). The following addenda or additional terms and conditions apply: Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating is DO-C9. Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/) to be eligible for award.  Instructions for registration are available at the website.
