Description
The Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic has a requirement for the Royal
Bahamas Defense Force (RBDF) Emergency Vector Tracking and Communications
Systems (E-VTACS) installation in accordance with the attached Request for Quote and
supporting documents. This solicitation is a sole source requirement for 5x Systems LLC.
The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to 5x Systems LLC for this
requirement. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes.
Quoters are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this notice.
The Government will not pay for information received in response to this notice.
Responses are due to Rozella Johnson, Contract Specialist, NIWC Atlantic no later than
THURSDAY, 11 AUGUST 2022 at 3:00PM, Eastern Standard Time.
