Titlel: Amendment 0006

1) The purpose of this amendment is to change the date for Phase 1 Advisory Notifications, Offerors' responses to Advisory Notifications, and due date for Phase 2 proposals.

2) Phase 1 Advisory Notifications will be issued by July 22, 2022.

3) Offerors' responses to Advisory Notifications are due within 72 hours of receipt of the Advisory Notification.

4) Phase 2 proposals are now due by 4:00 p.m. EST on August 8, 2022.

5) Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by signing Blocks 15A, 15B, and 15C and return the form when submitting Phase 2 proposals.

6) Except as amended herein, all other provisions, terms, and conditions remain the same.
