From Drawing M101 Keynote 4 calls for maintenance and work to be done on a Liebert Challenger 3000 unit, please provide model, and capacity information.

From Drawing M101 Keynote 5 calls for a removal and replacement of an AHU and outdoor unit. New vertical AHU and outdoor unit is to match make and capacity of existing. Please provide information on existing unit.

From Drawing E101 Power Demolition shows Mechanical room 226A shaded out, and new work shown in existing units area. What is our scope of demolition in this area?
Scope will include demo of above mentioned Elec. feed for Datamate HVAC unit; back to source as required by relocation. Also Demo of electrical associated with medical equipment in room 226A, from unit back to source. Also any Elec. demo as needed when reworking the Liebert Challenger 3000 unit.
