General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

South: Stoneridge Dr.
West: Foothill Rd.

Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,284

Additional Requirements:

1) Offered space must be on the 2nd floor or higher (no first floor/ground floor space).

2) Offered space must be contiguous.

3) Offered building must be within ½ walkable mile of BART Station with sidewalk access and properly marked street crossings.

4) Offered space must provide access to freight elevator and loading dock.

5) Offered space shall not be located in a retail location (e.g. strip malls, mixed use office/residence spaces).

6) Offered building shall not be located within 100-feet of fuel issue points and fuel storage tanks.

7) Reserved parking spaces must be exclusive to the Government and secured by a fence and gate.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is required.  Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
