This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District is seeking to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for The US Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District has a requirement for inspection, maintenance, and ultrasonic testing aboard the floating plant Brownlee. The Contractor shall furnish all management, supervision, labor, subcontracting, services of manufacturer's
representatives and all facilities, utilities, shore power, equipment, tools, lubricants, fuels, materials and articles (excluding Government-furnished property) required to fully execute the Mandatory and Contracting Officer authorized Optional work items.
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-01.
