REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI # Ensaymada)

Travel Voucher Audit Management System
Companies responding to this Request for Information (RFI) should specify if they are a small business along with related North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code.
This RFI is for planning purposes only and is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clause 52.215-3. No solicitation document exists. Issuance of this notice does not constitute any obligation on the part of the Government to procure these items or to issue a solicitation. In addition, the Government will not pay for information submitted in response to this RFI, and responses to this notice cannot be accepted as offers. Interested parties are solely responsible for all costs and expenses associated with their respective response to this RFI. Additionally, interested parties will not otherwise be entitled to any compensation associated with the Government's use of any submission or information provided by an interested party to the Government pursuant to this RFI. Responses to this RFI are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
Furthermore, the information provided in this RFI is notional and may change. The Government is under no obligation to revise any aspect of this RFI should any information provided herein change. The Government will provide any additional information and will issue any additional requests for information at its sole discretion.
INSTRUCTIONS TO INDUSTRY:
Email responses are due no later than 1400 EDT on 02/16/2023 to the Contracting Officer, Mr. Ronie Namata, at ronie.b.namata@cbp.dhs.gov.
The first two pages of the response shall provide the following information:
1) NAICS Code;
2) SAM Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number and Business Size; and
3) A brief executive summary. Text, tables and graphics may use a font no smaller than 12 point.
