PTMO Subsonic Aerial Target (SSAT) IDIQ

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA, seeks to fulfill the requirement of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for BQM-177A Subsonic Aerial Target (SSAT) Pre-Expended Bin (PEB) replenishment components and post flight consumable components. The contractor shall provide PEB and post flight component hardware required for maintaining the BQM-177A target system. PEB components require replacement if determined necessary during the post flight inspection, and post flight components require replacement after each flight test.

Responsible interested parties may submit information in which they identify their interest and capabilities to respond to this requirement. The Government will consider all information received via email to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer by  August 30, 2023 at 12:00 PM PST. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for any information received. No telephone responses will be accepted. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893623R0035 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm’s experience, assets, background, and ability to manufacture and deliver the required products without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, or delivery schedule.
