1. VC tile in 1st floor Rooms 1155 and 1155A-Is the tile to be removed or are we laying new LVT over existing?
1a. Verify room number 1155A or is 1155B? Remove/Demo VC tile in 1155 and carpet tiles in 1155A. Correct room is 1155A.
2. Repair sheetrock around door frame between offices 2122-2122-Needs to be done?
2a. Correct. To allow for acceptable painted finish in the room.
3. Addendum #1-Rooms 2116 and 2116A -No painting required in these rooms?
3a. Addendum eliminated flooring. Correct. All work in 2116 and 2116A removed.
