Description
The purpose of this sources sought is to gain knowledge of potential sources for potential future needs including interested Small Business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond.
Tulsa Air National Guard Base, Tulsa, Oklahoma will soon be soliciting for vendors to provide automotive paint and body work on Government owned automotive vehicles. This may result in a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). We are looking for a contractor(s) that will provide and complete standard vehicle paint and body repairs on government vehicles. Below is the sample of work that has been needed in the past.
Remove and replace door hindges on 05 Chevy 2500 truck
Remove, paint new and install new front bed panel on 18 Dodge 1 ton
Repair, paint 18 Ram 2500 truck driver door damage
Complete paint job for 05B01257 6 pax Chevy 2500HD truck
The Government owned automotive vehicles are from manufactures such as Ford, Chevrolet, Ram, Freightliner, International, Thomas Built, Blue Bird, etc. This will not include military series type vehicles.
In the event adequate Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted. Sources Sought Response form (attached) shall be provided via email to 138.FW.MSC@us.af.mil. Include the following in the subject line "Sources Sought W50S8U-22-Q-0003".
