Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers- Vicksburg District, in accordance with FederalAcquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, intendsto award a sole source purchase order to The Oilgear Company, 1424International Drive, Traverse City, MI, 49686-8751 for the major repair of Oilgear Type MFS-225 Motors and the major repair of hydraulic pumps,model # PVLKVH-250, part # R716819.

The statement of work for this requirement is attached. This is not a Request forQuote (RFQ) and no solicitation is available for this procurement. Nevertheless,any firm or individual that believes it is capable of meeting the Vicksburg District’s requirements described herein may submit a capabilities statement; which, if received by 5:00 PM CST on 09 February 2023, will be considered.  Responses to this posting must be submitted via e-mail, no phone calls will beaccepted.  A determination not to compete the described purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Federal Government.
