Notice of Intent - Trinity Video Wall

PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a one-time, sole-source, fixed-price contract to Trinity Systems, for the purpose of procuring Trinity Video Wall Hardware and Software renewal on existing installed video wall on behalf of the Information Technology Security Management Unit. For (1) year base, with four (4) one-year options. The period of performance will start 8/1/2022.

Based on Market Research, it has been determined that Trinity System is the only company that can provide the requested items/services. Market research has determined that other manufacturing and specifications cannot best meet the required specifications needed.

This notice will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Website (www.fbo.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The North American Classification System Code is 811212, Computer and Office Machine Repair and Maintenance.

The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-2. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of Jonathan Johnson via email at jejohnson3@fbi.gov by Saturday, April 30, 2022 (12:00 pm Eastern). Only timely email responses will be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses received in response to this notice is at the discretion of the Government.
