Description

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Sill, has a requirement from the U.S. Army Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE) for a Blanket Purchase Agreement.

This is a Hotel Room Rental Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Cadre Resiliency Overnight Events. This Hotel Room Rentals for Government personnel will be used in support of teams resiliency training events to provide off-post lodging to Brigade Drill Sergeants and their Families. Such BPA service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.

The contractor shall provide all necessary facilities, equipment, food, and supplies coordination to allow the Brigade to host an overnight resiliency event for military families in Bricktown, Oklahoma City, OK. The distance from the hotel must be within a 5-minute of walking proximity to the Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark in downtown Bricktown, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Requirement for hotel room(s) will be once per each quarter. The contractor shall perform to the standards as described in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Supplies and Services may include:

  1. Lodging; provide 35 Double Queen Bed rooms with standard amenities
  2. Conference Room equipped with audio and visual equipment, tables and chairs, that can accommodate at least 100 personnel.
  3. Wake-up service
  4. Provide unfurnished childcare room that has minimum 35 occupancy.
  5. Free access to internet/Wi-Fi for Soldiers
  6. Provide dinner buffet and breakfast buffet for adults and children for approximately 105-110 personnel. Be prepared to accommodate dietary restrictions and/or allergy constraints.
  7. Provide coffee and water during Friday evening and Saturday morning training sessions.
  8. Provide 35 parking spaces close to venue for all participants

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Sill, Oklahoma, intends to award a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement to a maximum of three Contractors that meet the requirements. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 721110 is applicable to this acquisition. The applicable size standard is $40 million. Call outs made against this BPA shall be authorized individuals possessing a Government Purchase Card (GPC) and who are authorized by MICC, Fort Sill.

Pursuant to FAR 4.1102, prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a BPA. Contractors may obtain further information on SAM registration at the following website: https://sam.gov/. This announcement does not obligate the Government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any bid preparation costs.
