Description
The Early Translation Branch (ETB) within the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) requires a library of specific compounds. The addition of these compounds would increase the diversity of NCATS’ chemical libraries and allow a more thorough and effective SAR expansion by the medicinal chemist.

Vendors may submit a quote for as many of the listed compounds as they are able to provide that meet all salient characteristics.
All quoted compounds must be manufactured by the same manufacturer. However, the vendor may work with a subcontractor to complete the chemical synthesis as long as all salient characteristics are met and the compounds have the requisite purity.
Amendment 1: Allowing quotes for less than the full list of compounds and requiring compounds be domestic end products. An updated combined synopsis / solicitation and list of compounds are attached.
