Description

This amendment is to announce the awardee's of the solicted BPA and Seed Project. The 137th SOW has awarded three Blanket Purchase Agreement(s) for Event Coordination Services to the following companies: 

1. Legacy Group & Associates Inc. W50S8T-22-A-0002 and the awardee for the Seed Project W50S8T-22-F-0018 for $11,720.00. 

2. Human Domain Solutions LLC W50S8T-22-A-0003. 

3. An EP Experience LLC W50S8T-22-A-0004.

The Government reserves the right to 'On-Ramp' additional vendors at a later date or as the need arises.

The 137th SOW Family Programs at Will Rogers Air National Guard (WRANGB) is intending to award Blanket Purchase Agreement(s) for Event Coordination Services. This RFQ will evaluate vendors based upon the Strong Bonds Seed Project in the PWS and all evaluation criteria as set forth in FAR clause 52.212-2 of this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. Additionally, clause 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors provides further instruction on providing acceptable quotes for this solicitation. The Period of Performance will be established on the respective BPA Calls and the Government reserves the right to ‘On-Ramp’ additional contractors to this BPA at a later date. This will be a 'Best Value' tradeoff evaluation. Please see attachments for further details. 

Clause 52.212-18 applies: Availability of Funds (Apr 1984)

Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.

Contractor is required to sign this document and return 1 copy to issuing office. Contractor agrees to provide all services set forth or otherwise identified above and on any additional sheets subject to the terms and conditions specified herein.
