Description
AMENDMENT 01: Site visit scheduled for May 31, 2023 at 2pm PDT.
The purpose of this amendment is to include the information and instructions for a site visit that has been scheduled for May 31, 2023 at 2pm PDT.
The location is the USDA, ARS, Columbia Plateau Conservation Research Center at 48037 Tubbs Ranch Road in Adams, OR 97810. Your contact person on site will be Steve Umbarger. He can be reached at steve.umbarger@usda.gov or (541) 278-4422. Please contact Mr. Umbarger ONLY for directions to the site. Any quesitons regarding the site visit should be addressed to Shelley Steen.
A site visit will be scheduled for May 31, 2023 at 2pm PDT. This site visit is intended to give prospective offerors the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the location and to gauge the scope of work required of the contract. Prospective attendees SHALL email Shelley Steen (shelley.steen@usda.gov) with the attendee's full name as it appears on a Government-issued picture ID (which must be presented at the time of the site visit) and citizenship status; and their company name, physical address, email address, and phone number. The deadline for requesting a site visit is May 26, 2023 at noon, PDT. Failure to comply with the registration instructions above will result in denial of access to the location and/or participation in site visit activities.
