This acquisition will be solicited on a sole source basis to the approved source, Big Bear.AI.  The end user is Headquarters, First Army located in Rock Island, IL. FOB Destination.

The proposed resulting contract will be a firm-fixed price contract.

The Army Contracting Command – Rock Island intends to issue this Request for Quote (RFQ) on a sole source basis to Big Bear.AI. Anticipated release date for the solicitation is on or about 8 April 2024 with a closing date of approximately 7 days from the date of issuance.

All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management in order to be eligible for award.  All contractors who provide goods/services to the Department of Defense (DoD) must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).  You may register via the internet at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ or contact the SAM Registration Assistance Center at 1-866-606-8220, customer service, and request the registration form and assistance packet for completion.
