Description

General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

State: CA

City: Irvine

Delineated Area: City Limits of Irvine, Tustin, and Lake Forest, CA

Sq. Ft. (ABOA) Office: Minimum 5,061

Sq. Ft. (RSF) Office: Minimum 5,820

Space Type: Office

Parking Spaces (Surface): N/A

Full Term: 15 years

Firm Term: 15 years

Additional Requirements:

Offered space to be secluded from public agencies and traffic when possible.

Offered space cannot be located on the ground or top floor of the building.

Approximately 7 security containers to be housed at location (total combined weights up to 4,770 lbs.).

Lessors to provide floor structure load analysis of intended container location within offered space.

Building must have a commercial loading dock or loading area suitable for truck deliveries. Buildings must have a passenger and/or freight elevator, suitable for truck deliveries. Elevator needs to be available 24/7 and accessible to the loading dock or loading area.

Additional requirements to be stated in the Request for Lease Proposal (RLP):

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is required.  Offered space shall be outside of the 100/500-year flood plain.
