6515--Intent to Sole Source NeuroFortis Neuro Omega Drive Headstage KIT

Special Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award a sole source purchase order to Alpha Omega CO USA INC. for the NeuroFortis Neuro Omega Drive Headstage Kit for use at the Richmond VA Medical Center, 1201 Broad Rock Blvd. Richmond, VA 23249. Determination of this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) Soliciting from a single source. The Government believes that the proposed candidate is the only provider of the NeuroFortis Neuro Omega Drive Headstage Kit. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can provide the NeuroFortis Kit may give written notice to Ronnie.Gregory@va.gov by 2:00 PM EST on September 23, 2022. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Responses will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete with the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
