TW23 Guyana Line-haul

This is a presolicitation for line-haul services.

The Contractor shall provide ARSOUTH a Husbandry at Muneshwers / Port Agent / Pilot / Tugboat as needed, and berthing to support the Down Load for deployment and Up Load for Redeployment of the LCU31 (USAV New Orleans) and all support requirements. The Contractor shall provide Crane pier side at the Port of Georgetown, at Muneshwers ltd. for both deployment and redeployment for LCU. The Contractor shall handle all Tariff and Customs Broker services to include all documentation for the cargo to enter and depart the country of Guyana through the Port of Georgetown, at Muneshwers ltd. by LCU and Cheddi Jagan International Airport Camp London. The Contractor shall provide line haul services for deployment and redeployment and drivers with equipment to transport cargo safely and expeditiously to and from (SPOE/SPOD) for both LCU and Commercial Vessel (Tugboat Allie B and Barge BIG MAX) and (APOE/APOD) to and from Camp Stephenson, Temheri, Base Seweyo Training Camp, Mile Marker number 38.3, Sowesdyke, Linden Highway, and Airbase London, Military side of Cheddi Jagan International Airport for all movement. The Contractor shall provide 15K Forklift at all locations to Down Load and Up Load Cargo. Once Tradewinds 2023 has concluded their mission, the line haul company will transport the cargo back to origin and complete Wash Down Services as specified in Attachment 1 and Attachment 2 of the performance work statement. 

No Award will result from this notice. A formal solicitation will be published in the near future.
