Description
The US Army Garrison West Point Directorate of Public Works (DPW) has an anticipated requirement for the yearly preventative maintenance/inspection along with on the chair lift and handle tow at the Victor Constant Ski Slope West Point, NY 10996. The intent of this service contract is the complete maintenance to ensure trouble free and safe operation of the Multi Ski lift Handle Tow and the Borvig Triple Chair Lift located at the Victor Constant Ski Slope.
The contractor shall provide all trade certifications, expertise, services, materials, supplies, supervision, labor, expect
where specified as Government furnished to perform necessary yearly preventative maintenance on the handle tow, and ski chair lift, guidelines at the United States Military Academy (USMA), West Point New York. This is a new requirement to include a Base plus One(1) Option Years for maintenance/inspection service contract. The maintenance service required needed
during Base year the first week in September 2024 and option years 1 April – 30 Sept of each calendar year
and provide emergency service throughout the year. The POP will be from 15 Aug 2024 to 14 Aug 2026. See Specifications
Changes to the solicitation: Base plus 1 option year, PWS - change in painting towers to Base year tower 6,7,8,& 9 and 1st opt Towers- 1,2,3,4&5. Also Load testing during base year. RFQs due back on 8/14/24 by noon Eastern Standard Time.
Vendor shall submit Past Performs document stating work performed on ski slopes for the past five years. ( Waivers for only the vendors providing maintnenance at West Point Ski Slope within the past five years).
