6515--Intent to Sole Source - RADformation, Inc.

This is an Intent to Sole Source, this is not a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to provide information based on this requirement. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contacting Office 8, Regional Procurement Office East, on behalf of the Bruce W. Carter VA Medical Center located at 1201 Northwest 16th Street, Miami, FL, 33125-1624, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price sole source award to RADformation, Inc., 335 Madison Ave, 4th Floor, New York, NY, 10017, in support of the Radiation Oncology Department. The proposed contract is for RADformation ClearCheck Radiotherapy Treatment Plan Evaluation Software and ClearCalc Secondary Calculation Software. This sole source award to RADformation, Inc. is in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by way of the procedures in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 13.5. This Sole Source is authorized under FAR subpart 13.106-1(b), soliciting from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of this contract action deem only one source reasonably available. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, quotes, or capability statement. No solicitation will be posted as a result of this notice. This notice complies with FAR 5.101. This Special Notice is being issued for information purposes only. All information shall be in writing, sent via email to Melissa Everett at melissa.everett@va.gov. Responses must be received no later than 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on July 12, 2023.
