The purpose of this amendment is to update the schedule of items CLIN structure to change the seasonal service tasks from a monthly rate, to reflect a weekly rate. This change will reflect a more accurate account of the time frame for services needed.

Please see the updated SOI and resubmit an updated SOI with the amended structure.

The RFQ submission date has been extended to 1000 Pacific Standard Time, 2/28/2024.

The purpose of this amendment is to:

Update the SOW document to remove contradictory administrative/ point of contact data. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.  

There will be a site visit for this requirement on 16 February 2024 at 1000 PST. All wishing to attend the site visit will meet at the Inyo National Forest’s Mammoth District Office 2510 Main Street, Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546. Please RSVP for the site visit by emailing perry.rinato@usda.gov. 

All questions pertaining to this acquisition shall be asked no later than, 19 February 2024 at 10:00AM, PST. Questions shall be sent to Perry Rinato via email at perry.rinato@usda.gov. Email must be titled, “127EAS24Q0024 – RFQ Question”.

The intent of this contract is to secure janitorial services and supplies, including, but not limited to, the cleaning of restrooms, floors, office areas, break rooms, and other office spaces at the Inyo National Forest’s Mammoth District Office. The district office building is approximately 8,400 square feet and includes the following spaces:

• one unisex restroom with one lavatory, one toilet, and one urinal on the second floor
• one unisex restroom with two lavatories and two toilets on the first floor
• one public men’s restroom with three lavatories, two toilets, and 2 urinals
• one public women’s restroom with three lavatories and three toilets
• a break room
• a conference room
• three water fountains
• an auditorium
• three staircases
• one covered breezeway
