Description
Conduct a Fire Protection Facility Assessment Report and complete the Risk Management Survey template(s) for Fire Protection systems, along with completing the Safety & Health Risk Management Survey template(s), at the listed Federally controlled leased building locations shown in the place of performance. (Please see Attachments 1 and 2 for sample templates.)
The contractor shall provide all necessary qualified personnel, transportation, supplies, equipment, materials, and services to conduct the Fire Protection Facility Assessment Reports and the Risk Management Surveys, along with the S&H RMS, in accordance with this scope of work. This includes a visual inspection inside and outside (including the roof) of the locations 1-53.
