Description
REV 3 8/11/2022 - 1. Updated SOW with estimated number of rooms per month (See attachment " lodging SOW FINAL Approved 8 AUG 2022 r2").
2. In the SOW, expanded on the Pittsburgh Air Reserve Station's policy concerning mandatory use of the Automated Lodging Reservation System (ALRS) for members to make their own hotel room reservations.
3. Added that due to efficiency, there will be a maximum of 15 BPA's issued for this requirement.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation shall be posted on Contracting Opportunites accessed via SAM.GOV.
This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ), the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06.
This is a partial small business set-aside (20%). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721110, with a small business size standard of $32.5 Million.
The 911th Contracting Flight, 2375 Defense Ave, Coraopolis, PA 15108, is seeking to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (SPA) for lodging accommodations for Air Force personnel with a contemplated five-year ordering period. See Statement of Work (Attachment #1) for details and specifications. Hotel rooms shall be within 10 (driving) miles of the Pittsburgh Air Reserve Station, Coraopolis, PA 15108.
Due to efficiency, the government will award a maximum of 15 individual BPA's for this requirement.
All interested entities shall provide quotations using attachment #2 "Pricing Request Sheet for Offerors to Complete":
Awards shall be made to vendors whose quotation is determined to be fair and reasonable to the government. The government will evaluate information base on the following criteria: Price.

The government intends to award multiple BPAs as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation that will include the terms and conditions set forth herein and the attached Statement of Work. To facilitate the award process, all quotes must include a statement regarding the terms and conditions herein as follows:
