Amendment 3 will offer a site visit on 19 May 2022, at 10:00 am Central Time for the purposes of answering questions regarding the lighting protection system. This site visit will be held at 5187 Selma Highway, Montgomery, Al 36108-4824, at building 1203. In order to attend the site visit all attendees must have their name submitted on the attached EAL 48 hours prior the site visit date. Please submit the attached EAL to william.k.hall14.mil@army.mil, stephen.shanks.1@us.af.mil and karey.l.elias.civ@army.mil
Amendment 3 will extend the bid opening date to 8 June 2022. All Amendment must me acknowledged on page 2 of the Standard Form 1442.
Amendment 1 was to correct the bid opening date to 24 May 2022. Amendments 1 & 2 Must be acknowledged on page 2 of the Standard Form 1442.
Plans and Specification are amended as per attached Addendum No. 1.
All questions and requests for information (RFI) must be received by 1400 CDT on 14 May 2022
Purpose of this is to post the Pre-Bid Conference Slides and Attendance Roster.
The date for the pre-bid conference is 26 April 2022, 10:00 am Cental time. The date for opening bids will be 24 May 2022 at 5187 Selma Highway, Montgomery, Al 36108-4824, in the wing auditorium of building 1502.
In order to attend the site visit all attendees must have their name submitted on the attached EAL 48 hours prior the site visit date. Please submit the EAL to william.k.hall14.mil@army.mil and stephen.shanks.1@us.af.mil.
