Davis-Monthan AFB MACC

The Multiple Award Construction Contract is designed to provide a flexible, competitive, and responsive contractual capability to perform design build and bid-build construction work at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ. The purpose of the MACC is to supplement the construction program. The MACC is suited for work in the general construction category to include maintenance, repair, alterations, mechanical, electrical, heating/air conditioning, demolition, painting, paving, and earthwork. Work may involve renovation projects as well as new construction of buildings or facilities to include some or all of the elements of work above.The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to: 1. Incorporate RFI responses utilizing the Attachment 2 RFI Log.2. Incorporate changes to Attachment 3 MACC TO Procedures, Attachment 4 Self Scoring Worksheet, Attachment 16 AF 3052 BLANK, and Attachment 17 Sections L and M based upon RFI responses.3. Add Attachment 18 Luke AFB Master Specs 2022.
