THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (SS-RFI)

70SBUR23I00000032

USCIS is issuing this Sources Sought, Request for Information (SS-RFI) for market research on professional services for modernization and automation of financial business processes and citizen development. USCIS is seeking to determine whether vendors have the experience and the capability to meet or exceed the requirements to determine an acquisition strategy. Vendors will need to demonstrate in their response that they have experience and capability to meet or exceed all the requirements. The USCIS CFO has a requirement for professional services to initiate aggressive modernization and automation of its business processes on modern technical platforms supported by the USCIS Office of Information Technology (OIT) through citizen development best practices.

Questions in response to this RFI/Sources Sought Notice are due no later than 2:00 PM ET on May 26, 2023. Questions shall be submitted using Attachment 2- RFI Questions and sent via email to both Bruce.A.Helms@uscis.dhs.gov and Sandra.K.Cleveland@uscis.dhs.gov. Please note that USCIS may publish answers to questions and comments received in response to the SS-RFI. The Government does not guarantee that questions received after 2:00 PM ET on May 26, 2023 will be answered. Note: The questions and comments published WILL NOT identify the source.

Responses to this RFI/Sources Sought Notice are due no later than 2:00 PM ET on June 9, 2023. Responses shall be submitted via email to both Bruce.A.Helms@uscis.dhs.gov and Sandra.K.Cleveland@uscis.dhs.gov and shall not exceed 6 pages in length (including the cover letter).
