Description

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) intends to issue a noncompetitive Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to Gold Standard Diagnostics Horsham, Inc 124 Railroad DR Warminster, Pennsylvania 18974-1449 (Unique Entity ID: RJQDDAJ66GN3). This procurement is for ASF Ab ELISA kits that test for VP72 antibodies. See attached single source justification.

The Government contemplates the award of a two year blanket purchase agreement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all responsible sources may submit a response which shall be considered by the agency. Please email responses to Amanda Imlach at amanda.imlach@usda.gov no later than the time indicated below. Telephonic inquiries will not be honored. Responses must be received no later than 12:00pm EST on February 19th, 2024. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Respondents should ensure the information provided is detailed, current, accurate, and complete. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 325413 with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. The Product Service Code is 6550.
