The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), on behalf of the Project Manager (PM) Integrated Personnel and Pay System – Army (IPPS-A) under U.S. Army Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS) has a requirement for the develop an Army Military Payroll (AMP) total solution.  The solicitation/Request for Proposal (RFP) and all corresponding attachments may be found in the Attachment section of this posting.
